Observations:
The film smells?
Small powdery white or grey particles on the sides of the film reel?
Small granular brown particles on the sides of the film reel?
Spots on the surface of the film?
The colour image appears faded?
The black and white image is faded or has blotches?
The image is damaged or missing?
The image has a silvery sheen?
The film reel looks "spoked"?
The film cannot be unwound or unwinds with an audible crackling or tearing sound?
The film makes a great deal of noise when it is projected and there is often a lot of dust left in the gate?
